Microcomputer-Do-it-yourself

After a book about Microcomputer the idea of making a system with Zilog Z 80 at 4 MHz came for me in 1993. A keyboard interface, I/O card and a graphics card arrived with videoexit. The screen version didn't funtion. I tried it with a LCD-display later, to this day, this doesn't really work either. As traffic lights control or synthetic music of the EPROM it is still useable.

Desktopcase Proline

Into this I had got a Mainboard at this dx 2 -80 MHz 486 in 1998 In the year 2000 I fetched unite gigabyte motherboard with AMD K6, 266 MHz and Microsoft Windows 98.

Big Tower

The "Proline" case was for me too small and everything I used with several operating systems had installed in a big tower at the end of 2000.An AMD K6 - 500 MHz got in later. Except for a couple of disk drives I sold it to 2006.
